At 9 p.m. we put the older kids "to bed" on air mattresses on the floor in one room. At 9:45 p.m. the guys started falling asleep on the floor in front of the tv. Megan is asleep in the downstairs bedroom with Leah's parents. Dad is in his bed reading and probably sleeping. Mom is running around anxiously "waiting" on us. (So cute.) Brian J. went into the other bedroom with the two 2-yr olds. David and Bryan K. went upstairs to the office couch. Leah, Lisa and I are sitting up side by side on the fold out couch in front of the tv with our laptops. As soon as we get settled, the lights go out. Then come back on. Then go out. Then back on. We're on at the moment.

Within the last five minutes we can hear the wind outside. We know it will only get worse in the next two hours. Naturally, it's scarier in the dark.
